Foster mom says: He is a rehome from Alabama, always happy, doing much better on his walks. Follows me everywhere and would love to be a lap dog. He could definitely be an only dog in a home. He lived with cats and small dogs. Crates well, but I don't crate him, the door is open and he often goes in and lays down. Topper talks, barks and sings! Easily corrected. My neighbors say he cries when I'm not home. Wonderful dog and so affectionate!
