Suggestions for Submission of Materials
 | MS Word format preferred (Word 95, Word 97 or Word XL are all OK). |
| MS Works, Wordpad and Excel formats are also fine. |
| Please do not scan pages of text. Keep text and images in
native form. |
| Native text and images in editable document form (Word, etc.) are
preferred over Adobe Acrobat PDF format (non-editable). |
| Images with resolution above 600 x 400 will be reduced in size.
However, please let the web editor perform the size reduction if your
image happens to be of higher resolution. |
| Whenever possible, images should be submitted in a form unmodified
from the camera or scanner output, and in high quality JPEG format.
(Note that JPEG image quality degrades with each manipulation.) |
| GIF images should be avoided, unless used for clip art. (GIF
images are limited to 256 colors.)
